Urjana is the Managing Director of The Building Plans Shop. She is the Principal Designer and deals with day to day business of the firm. With over 10 years of experience in all aspects of building design, planning and development in the UK, Urjana exudes a passion for sustainable design, architecture and style. She prepares Planning drawings, Building Regulations & Detail drawings and also helps the clients making Planning Appeal Applications.

Urjana has a Degree in Architecture from Nepal and Master's Degree in International Planning & Sustainable Development from University of Westminster, London.

Binaya is the CAD designer of the firm. He helps in the measured survey and prepares existing plans for the project.  He has over 15 years of AutoCAD experience and is very proficient in preparing 3D drawings and sketches as required by our clients. 

Binaya has a Degree in Architecture from Nepal and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Anglian Ruskin Univerity, Chelmsford. 

Srijana is the Accountant and Administrator of the firm. She works part time and deals with the Financial aspect of the business.  She helps in book keeping and preparing financial  documents for a Tax Year.

Srijana is part qualified ACCA and AAT qualified.
