We deal with commercial projects like change of use of of shops into different use class.

We have also helped our clients in Ufford to gain Planning Permission from Suffolk Coastal District Council to develop their 2.5 acre of grassland for leisure and tourism use as caravan parking, holiday cottages and mobile homes. Despite a lengthy planning process, we managed to secure a much needed Planning Approval for our clients.
