We were approached for help obtaining planning permission to convert an existing coach house into a single residential dwelling. Our client owned a large detached house with substantially large rear garden with derilict outhouse. We prepared a design focussing on the factors which ensured the development complied with National and Local Planning Policies to develop a house with good standard of amenity, which would not result in a detrimental impact upon neighbouring properties in terms of it's character and appearance. 

We put forward a strong argument through our design that  if there is any impact by the development that will be a positive one to the neighbouring properties as they will view a beautiful house instead of derelict coach house. Plus the loss of light, loss of privacy, increase in noise & disturbances and requirements from the Highway Authority were also dealt with in a careful manner in order to get the Planning Approval for our clients.
